Gimlet is a premium cocktail catering service based in Reykjavík. We bring craft cocktail culture directly to your event — bespoke menus, professional service, and an experience your guests will be talking about long after the night ends.

Founded by a veteran of the Reykjavík bar scene with over a decade of experience, including as the founder of Jungle cocktail bar, Gimlet is built on a simple idea: your event deserves a great bar.

Every event is different. We take the time to understand your occasion, your guests, and your vision — then build a menu around it.
